Right click the Live2d Cubism Editor shortcut/icon and click “Properties” Next click “Compatibility” and “Change high DPI settings” Then at the bottom click the check box for “Override high DPI scaling behaviour” and click on the drop down box below it and select “System (Enhanced)” select OK and then Apply and then reopen Live2d!.
